The Morris County Foster Parents Association (MCFPA) is an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization dedicated to the support and advocacy of foster, adoptive and relative care families in the area of Morris County, New Jersey, and the children placed in their care by the State Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS). We sponsor various activities for families, including monthly support meetings for resource parents, a clothing pantry providing free clothing and other essentials to children in foster care and needy families, backpacks for children in out-of-home placement, an honorarium for children in foster care who graduate high school and various social events throughout the year.
